Custom Stand-Up Pouches in India
A stand-up pouch is the flexible, self-standing pack used for coffee, snacks, supplements, pet food, and countless D2C food brands in India. It stands on shelf thanks to a gusseted base, seals tight against moisture and oxygen, and can carry a resealable zipper or a spout. Custom stand-up pouches combine a small shipping footprint with a large, printable front — a lot of shelf presence for very little material.
The pouch is built from laminated film layers chosen for barrier: metallised PET or foil for light- and oxygen-sensitive products, clear structures where you want to show the product, and increasingly mono-material or paper-based laminates for recyclability. Printing is either digital — which keeps minimums low and suits new brands — or rotogravure, which is economical at higher volumes. For food, the structure and inks are specified food-grade, and you remain responsible for FSSAI labelling on the artwork.
On Pakshara you set the pouch size and fill, choose a barrier and finish, and get a reference price plus bids from verified Indian converters — so you can compare digital and gravure options on the same spec.
